Mental illness can distract us from living healthy and productive lives. It can also negatively impact relationships that are important to us. Often times, therapy helps improve our relationships with the people with care and love. Psychotherapy helps you get refocused. Dr. Guerrero will often tailor his treatment to one's most pressing issues.
Dr. Guerrero provides psychological services (e.g. psychotherapy) for adults including treatment of anxiety, depression, marriage and relationship problems, obsessive-compulsiveness, post traumatic stress, personality problems, alcohol and substance abuse.
For child and adolescent problems, Dr. Guerrero will provide psychotherapy and or parent consultations for: depression, anxiety, anger management, stress management, ADHD, and trauma.
Our past negative experiences can often dictate our future if not addressed. In our first meeting, Dr. Guerrero will conduct a thorough assessment. He will identify the issues and or problems to determine an action plan as well as the goals of therapy.
